We all struggle in life.
I have moments where I feel like I can’t get anything right.
Especially when it comes to eating!
But, I want to show you that there are simple ways to incorporate healthy eating and fitness into your life, without it being lame.
I started cooking at the tender age of 10, when I made my mom an omelet for Mother’s Day. From that simple dish, my interest in culinary cuisine was sparked. I started experimenting in the kitchen and my siblings would be my guinea pigs. There were a lot of hits and a lot of misses. But over the years, I have mastered my talents.
My love of food started to get the best of me and I put on some weight in high school.
Well, that is an understatement.
I ballooned up from a 135-pound kid to 200-pounds my senior year. After graduation, I experimented with just about every diet pill and diet plan you can think of! Then, I decided to use my culinary talents and make better choices with my eating habits.
I lost around 50-pounds from just cooking my meals and working out at home. Then, that’s when I realized, my moods started to change. I found myself waking up happy with a clear head. My energy levels were up and it showed in my work. When you take care of yourself in every aspect of your life, that is when things change for the better! Now, I want to share my tips on how you can still enjoy life and all the delicious treats it has to offer, while still losing/maintaining your weight, and also the positive change it can create in your life.
